National women hockey team trials on September 7

KARACHI: The final trials for the selection of Pakistan’s women team for the Asian Hockey Federation Cup will be held on Wednesday (tomorrow) at the National Hockey Stadium, Lahore, PHF announced on Monday.
Trials will be conducted in two sessions, morning and evening. The selection committee comprises Saleem Sherwani, Saeed Khan, who is also the camp commandant, and Ms Chand Parveen of PHF women wing.
The Women Asian Hockey Federation Cup is scheduled to be held in Bangkok from October 1 to 9.
