We are not VIPs
By our correspondents

Traveling from the Express Highway becomes excruciating if you are commuting every day. There is a glaring lack of interest of the authorities for providing even a bit of relief to its end users.
In other countries, for every so called ‘VIP event’ there are alternate route plans shared before hand, announcements made on TV, radio and even through SMS. But in our case nobody cares forcommon commuters. What our authorities don’t forget to put is a yellow signboard says: ‘Sorry for the inconvenience’. This so-called apology is not good enough.
