Teachers, parents warn of protest

LAHORE: Teachers and the parents association of Pak-Turk International Schools and Colleges have demanded the government not to hand over the schools to any organisation as the fate of 11,000 students and 2,000 teachers will be at stake.

Addressing a press conference on Saturday, they warned to move court and observed that they would also protest. They said thee schools were not being run by the Turkish government but rather 1,200 Pakistanis and 134 Turkish philanthropists were running the education system in Pakistan.
