IGP inaugurates Neighborhood Security and Development office

Sindh Inspector-General of Police (IGP) A D Khawaja on Friday inaugurated the office of the Neighborhood Security and Development (NSD), which has been established by members of the civil society in Kareemabad area.
Office-bearers and members of the NSD, CPLC Chief Zubair Habeeb, Karachi Additional IG Mushtaq Ahmed Mahar, CIA DIG Sultan Khawaja, DIG West Zulfiqar Larak, SSP Central Muqaddas Haider and SSP West Peer Muhammad Shah were also present on the occasion.
The IGP Sindh was briefed that the NSD, established in collaboration with the community members, had installed 100 CCTV cameras in selected blocks of Federal B Area and North Nazimabad, 50 cameras of five megapixels in FB Area No-3 FB Area No-7, FB Area No-14 and different points in Block-C of North Nazimabad.
