PU BEd exam to start from August 18

LAHORE

Punjab University has notified that the BEd annual examination 2016 will commence from  August 18, 2016.

member selected for UK programme: Punjab University Dean Faculty of Life Sciences, Professor of Zoology and former registrar Prof Dr Muhammad Naeem Khan has been selected for “British Council Future Leaders Training Programme” at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, UK from August 9-17, 2016. 

According to a press release issued on Tuesday, Dr Khan has been selected for the programme designed for the deans and registrars of public sector universities of Pakistan by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and the British Council, Pakistan.

Dr Khan has recently completed his 6-month Post-Doctoral Fellowship from the University of Zagreb, Croatia, under a European Commission EU Erasmus Mundus Scholarship Award (2016).

Previously, he won FAO Global Fisheries Travel Award for Rome, Italy (2015), Norwegian Fisheries Travel Award for Trondheim, Norway (2014); American Fisheries Society Travel Award for Mazatlán, Mexico (2014) and the World Aquaculture Society Travel Award for Adelaide, Australia (2014).
