Billed for what?

Even in this burning heat, people are going through daily loadshedding. In some areas, electricity is available for only a few hours daily. And yet, the bills keep rising every month, even for those families who try to reduce their electricity usage. This is not fair. People deserve better power services and honest billing in return for what they pay.

I request that the authorities and power distribution companies reduce loadshedding and make the billing more accurate and transparent. Everyone deserves fair treatment and basic facilities like electricity.
