BoI to host regulatory reform conference to boost investment climate
KARACHI: The Board of Investment (BoI) will host the National Regulatory Reforms Conference 2025 in Islamabad on June 18 as part of efforts to modernise the country’s regulatory framework and improve the business climate, the PM Office said on Monday.
The conference, backed by the government’s push to enhance ease of doing business, aims to attract investment and foster inclusive economic growth through streamlined regulations and improved institutional coordination.
Senior federal ministers, regulators, private sector leaders, development partners and policy experts are expected to attend the event, which will focus on promoting transparent, technology-driven governance and evidence-based policymaking.According to the BoI, the event will also highlight the government’s progress in regulatory simplification, automation and institutional reforms across key sectors.
