ISLAMABAD: The budget for the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has been increased by 4.22 per cent in the estimates for the fiscal year 2025-26.
An amount of Rs7.41 billion has been allocated for the NAB for 2025-26 against Rs 7.11 billion allocated for the outgoing fiscal. According to budget estimates, Rs2.52 billion set aside for NAB Headquarters, Rs873.37 million for NAB Rawalpindi, Rs981.626 million for NAB Lahore, Rs395.245 million for NAB Multan, Rs665.367 million for NAB Peshawar, Rs824.634 million for NAB Karachi, Rs374.517 million for NAB Sukkur, Rs572.678 million for NAB Quetta and Rs49.358 million for NAB sub-office in Gilgit.
