GCU announces BS admissions for Fall
LAHORE:Government College University (GCU) Lahore has announced BS admissions for Fall 2025 in 55 disciplines, including new programmes such as Pharm-D, Law, Art History, Software Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence. Of these, 39 programmes will be offered at the main campus and 16 at the newly-established campus. A shuttle service will be available to facilitate student movement between the two campuses.
According to the Registrar’s Office, several reforms have been introduced this year to streamline the admission process. These include a reduced application fee, a simplified online application system, and the provision for sports quota applicants to appear in trials for multiple games with a single fee. The Vice Chancellor has also removed the separate application charges for morning and evening programmes.
The last date to apply is June 13. Written admission tests will be conducted on June 21 and 22 at designated centres in eight cities, with new centres added in Multan, Faisalabad, and Sargodha.
