Under-construction building damaged in blast

BANNU: The under-construction office of Rescue 1122 in the Kaki area of Bannu suffered damage in an explosion on Sunday night, officials said.
They said that unidentified miscreants had planted explosive material that exploded with a loud blast, causing damage to the building structure.Fortunately, no casualties were reported in the incident. The explosion occurred within the jurisdiction of the Kaki Police Station, where the Rescue 1122 office is currently under construction.Upon receiving information, police personnel rushed to the site and initiated a search operation in the surrounding area.
