PU holds training session to improve teaching skills

LAHORE: Punjab University's Sughra Begum Centre for Education Policy and Development has launched a training programme titled "Empowering Educators: Pedagogy, Curriculum, and Diversity in Pakistani Classrooms."
On this occasion, Dean Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences Prof Dr Iram Khalid, Centre Director Dr Sonia Omer, Dr Shazia Humayun, Dr Naumana Amjad and others were present. Dr Sonia said that, in the first phase, mid-career faculty from colleges of Lahore attended sessions led by Dr Shazia Humayun and Dr Naumana Amjad. She said that the initiative aimed to improve teaching practices amid limited HEC funding, with plans for expansion.
