132 properties sealed

LAHORE:Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Town Planning Wing sealed 132 properties in various schemes and LDA controlled areas here on Thursday.

LDA teams have operated in Gulberg, New Garden Town, Faisal Town, Shadman, Shah Jamal, Gulshan Ravi, Shad Bagh, Wahdat Road and Mustafa Town schemes. Officials said 42 properties in Gulberg, New Garden Town, Faisal Town, 66 properties in Shadman, Shah Jamal, Gulshan Ravi, Shad Bagh were sealed due to illegal commercial use and non-payment of commercial fees. The teams sealed 24 properties on Wahdat Road, Mustafa Town during the recovery operation.
