Govt urged to introduce subject of AI at school level
LAHORE:Punjab University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr M Ali said that in the present era, it is very important for teachers to be aware of modern technology. He said that the subject of Artificial Intelligence (AI) should be introduced at the school level. He said that our education system is also transforming, for which teachers of educational and research institutions have to play a key role.
He expressed these views while addressing the 3-day 12th International Conference on Research in Education (ICORE) that concluded here on Thursday. The conference was organised by the Punjab University’s Institute of IER. PU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr M Ali, Kohat University Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof Dr M Naseer Uddin, Director IER Prof Dr Abdul Qayyum Chaudhry, Conference Secretary Prof Dr M Shahid Farooq, educationists, researchers, teachers and a large number of students attended the closing ceremony.
