ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has approved the promotion of 700 officers from all service groups and federal departments, including Pakistan Administrative Service, Police Service and Secretariat Group, from Grade 19 to 20 and from 20 to 21.

However, the promotion notifications of officers of Pakistan Administrative Service, Police Service of Pakistan and Secretariat Group are likely to be issued today.
According to sources, along with the promotion of officers of the three service groups, new postings will also be made. The posting plan has been sent to the Prime Minister’s Office for approval.
