War is always a defeat of humanity, the same goes for the recent conflict between Pakistan and India. The conflict was triggered by India’s baseless accusations against Pakistan about the Pahalgam attack and, as a result, innocents on both sides perished and much damage was done.
It was wrong of India to provoke this conflict, which could have gotten much worse if not for the timely ceasefire on Saturday (May 10). Both countries should now make efforts to minimise any kind of conflict in the region. The development of both nations hinges on peace.
