SEF MD directs teams to prioritise girls’ enrolment
The managing director of the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), Ghanwer Ali Laghari, visited SEF-supported schools and non-formal education centers in District Keamari.
He was accompanied by Director Programmes and Planning Nisar Banbhan, Deputy Director HR and M&E Feroz Mansoor, Regional Head Karachi Ashfaque Hussain Meerani, District Head Karachi-II Muhammad Kashif, Assistant Director Advocacy and Communication Unit Sanjay Mathrani, and Furqan Jr Officer P&P. The visit included Foundation-Assisted Burma Colony School, AALTP Center Goth Murad Kalmati, and Foundation-Assisted Moach School.
During the visit, the managing director observed ongoing academic activities, visited each classroom, and interacted with teachers, students, and staff. He emphasized the importance of girls’ education and instructed the teams to prioritize girls’ enrolment during the upcoming enrollment drive. He also advised mobilizing communities—especially mothers—to encourage the enrollment of their children.
