LAHORE:Protection Centres resolved 43,452 complaints over the past year, with police actions reuniting 6,751 missing children with their families and providing shelter to 6,912 homeless or runaway children. Around 1,043 cases involving transgender individuals were prioritised, while 7,104 elderly citizens were given justice; 99 women and children facing sexual harassment received protection and legal aid.
