Action against hundi, hawala dealers conducted

PESHAWAR: Police along with other departments carried out a major operation against the hundi and hawala dealers in Chowk Yadgar on Wednesday.
An official said the traders involved in hundi and hawala business escaped from the market when the police led by SP City Syed Atiq Shah and other departments conducted the raid.Managers and owners of a few of the shops were arrested and local and foreign currency was recovered from them. Cases were registered against the held accused.
