PESHAWAR: Muhammad Khalid, a Grade-20 officer of the Provincial Management Services, was appointed as Secretary of the Information and Public Relations Department on Wednesday.This announcement was made in a notification issued by the Establishment Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
