Court allows PTI founder’s talk with sons, medical check-up
Doctors will conduct a medical check-up of Imran under supervision of doctors posted in jail
ISLAMABAD: Senior Special Judge Central FIA Shahrukh Arjumand has issued a written decision on two applications of PTI founder Imran Khan regarding his weekly talks with his sons and medical examination.
According to the decision, the court has allowed PTI founder Imran Khan to talk to his children on January 10 and 28. The Adiala Jail superintendent will implement the court orders. Three doctors of the PTI founder, Asim Yousuf, Faisal Sultan, Samina Niazi, should be made available. The doctors will conduct a medical check-up of Imran under the supervision of the doctors posted in the jail. The superintendent will submit a compliance report regarding the orders on April 28. The PTI founder had applied for talking to his children on WhatsApp and a check-up by personal physicians.
