Appellate Tribunal for Inland Revenue: Federal cabinet appoints 9 members
Ministry of Law and Justice has issued formal notification of these appointments after approval of federal cabinet

ISLAMABAD: The federal cabinet has approved the appointment of 9 members of the Appelate Tribunal Inland Revenue on the recommendation of the selection committee.
The members of the committee are Dr Nasir Mahmood, Shafqat Ali, Zahid Sikander, Danish Ali Kazi, Barrister Dr Huma Sudhir, Barrister Zahoor Ahmed, Barrister Syed Mahmudul Hasan and Muhammad Naeem Ashraf.
The Ministry of Law and Justice has issued a formal notification of these appointments after the approval of the federal cabinet. The cabinet has made this appointment under Section 130 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.
