Anchor Hamza Abbasi sacked

KARACHI: On the direction of Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (Pemra) a private news channel has immediately sacked anchor Hamza Ali Abbasi. The CEO of the private news channel revealed that Hamza Ali Abbasi had been sacked from the channel and extreme care would be taken in future in this regard. He expressed these views while talking to a delegation of Jamaat-e-Islami and Majlis-e-Tahafz-e-Khatm-e-Nabuwat. The CEO further told the delegation that his channel offered its services in connection with Tahufaz-e-Khatm-e-Nabuwat.
