Sharjeel orders timely completion of approved projects

Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon chaired an important meeting of the information department on Monday, and directed timely completion of the projects approved by the Content & Production Review Board.

The meeting held at Memon’s office discussed the board’s approved projects, the promotion of the government’s important initiatives, and other key matters. The minister reviewed the board’s approved projects, and the preparation of content for them.

He said that the purpose of the government’s initiatives is to promote the cinema industry and ensure opportunities for new talent in acting, singing, directing and all the other sectors related to the film industry, which would create new employment opportunities.

He ordered that all projects be completed within the given time frame, and that any unnecessary delays be avoided. He emphasised that the government is launching these projects to raise public awareness and highlight its initiatives.

He said that all the relevant authorities must ensure that these projects are completed with high standards and transparency within the stipulated time. He also said that a comprehensive strategy should be implemented for the promotion of government initiatives and public awareness so that people remain well-informed about the government’s efforts.
