Labaik petition in court becomes mystery

KARACHI: A constitutional petition, filed by the Labaik Pvt Limited, which belongs to Axact owners, has become a mystery despite the latest system to get information about the cases in the Sindh High Court.The media could not get access to the petition despite efforts.According to the IT system of the SHC, constitutional petition No CP 3224/2015 (Labaik Pvt Limited and others vs Federation) was filed on Wednesday. This was fixed before a two-member bench in the list on number 5 the same day.When the relevant court staff was contacted, they showed ignorance about any such petition. Despite repeated efforts, media men could not get access to the petition.
