Proposals sought for CSB meeting
Establishment Division called for posting records of officers whose names are to be sent to board
ISLAMABAD: The four-day meeting of Central Selection Board (CSB) will start from March 10 for promotion of officers from Grade-19 to 20 and Grade-20 to 21.
According to sources, Establishment Division directed administrative secretaries of all services, groups, Auditor General of Pakistan and Chairman FBR to send number of vacancies along with complete proposals by February 26. The cut-off date for counting service of the officers is set at February 28.
The Establishment Division called for posting records of officers whose names are to be sent to the board, their annual performance reports, and complete records related to any disciplinary action.
Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of 2024 and reports of courses for promotion have also been sought. Establishment Division has asked about any case or inquiry pending in NAB. Declaring assets for the last five years is being made mandatory. The 4-day meeting of CSB will be held at the Establishment Division (Cabinet Block). Some 1,000 officers will be promoted.
