Islamabad:The EU delegation and its member states will host the annual Eurovillage festival at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts here next Saturday (February 15).
The organisers insist the event, beginning at 2pm and concluding at 6pm, will allow visitors to experience the best of European culture, food, music and much more. Visitors will have European delicacies and receive giveaways by participating in exciting activities at cultural and information booths put up by European embassies and organisations.
The event, meant to provide insights into the EU’s work in Pakistan and the region, will enable Pakistanis to meet and interact with Team Europe—representatives of European embassies and organisations.
Organisers said Eurovillage was free to attend and was open to everyone, providing an afternoon of fun, entertainment, and education. They said that the event would culminate in a special concert in the evening, providing attendees with a memorable conclusion to the celebrations.
