Mortar shells leave 4 persons injured

BARA: Four people, including a girl, were injured in two separate incidents in which mortar shells fell in the Maidan area of the Tirah valley early Monday, local and official sources said.They said a mortar shell fell on a house in the Machapura area in Barqambarkhel of Tirah Valley. Two persons, identified as Fazal Amin and Abdul Amin, were injured in the incident.

Another incident was reported in Landi Killay in the Malikdinkhel area of the Tirah Valley. Two people identified as Muhammad Rahim and his daughter Mishmah were seriously injured when a mortar shell hit their house.The injured were shifted to Hayatabad Medical Complex in Peshawar for medical treatment.
