LAHORE:Punjab Police is strictly enforcing the Amended Kite Flying Prohibition Bill and the Anti-Kite Flying Act across the province. According to a police spokesperson, 1,200 individuals have been arrested, and 1,142 cases registered this year for violations. Authorities have seized over 75,700 kites and submitted charge sheets for 840 cases. Last year, police arrested 12,525 violators and registered 11,866 cases across Punjab.
