TOBA TEK SINGH: A man was killed and nine others were injured in three road accidents here.In the first incident, Nasir Mahmood, 30, his mother Sakina Bibi, 60, and his brother’s wife Samina Bibi, 40, were on way when their motorcycle fell into a canal near Moongi Bangla Adda in Gojra tehsil. As a result, they received critical injuries. They were shifted to the Gojra THQ Hospital where Nasir Mahmood succumbed to injuries.
In the second incident, the scarf of a woman bike rider entangled in the rear wheel of the two-wheeler near Chak 363/JB on Faisalabad Road. As a result, three bikers fell on the road and were injured. They were identified as M Imran, his mother Rani Bibi and their relative Shahmshad Bibi. They were shifted to the Gojra THQ Hospital.
In the third incident, four school students were injured critically after their motorcycle-rickshaw was hit by an overspeeding van near Chak 392/JB on Akalwala Road.
