Kashmir Day: banks to remain closed today

KARACHI: The State Bank of Pakistan will remain closed on Wednesday (today), February 5, in observance of Kashmir Day, the central bank said in a statement. All public and private banks will also remain closed nationwide. The holiday was declared by the government of Pakistan.Banking institutions will resume their operations on Thursday (February 6).
