FIA arrests human trafficker in Multan
MULTAN: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) conducted a major operation, uncovering a network of human traffickers in South Punjab and apprehending accused Tahir Mushtaq as several cases were already registered against him.
The accused is involved in visa fraud and human trafficking cases. He was apprehended in Mian Channu after extorting millions from the citizens by promising them jobs in Dubai and Oman. The accused received large amount of money from 36 citizens for jobs abroad.
In another case, the FIA Cyber Crime Circle in Multan arrested an accused for harassing and blackmailing a minor girl. Ali Imran was accused of using a fake TikTok account to blackmail an 11-year-old girl with objectionable pictures and videos. He also threatened the victim and demanded large sums of money in exchange for not sharing the content.
