PhD thesis defended

PESHAWAR: Gulalai Gul, a visiting lecturer at the University of Peshawar (UoP), has defended her doctoral thesis at the Department of Islamiyat of the seats of learning.

She carried out her research under the supervision of Dr Muhammad Nawaz of the Islamiyat Department of the UoP.

The thesis was titled “Sooratul Maida Aur Suratul Tauba Mein Tehzeebul Ikhlaq, Tadbeer-e- Manzal Aur Siasat Madinah Ka Itlaaq Wo Tabeeq”.

Her external examiners were Dr Zainab Ameen of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women’s University, Peshawar, and Dr Muhammad Imran of UoP Islamic Centre.
