Dry weather forecast

LAHORE:Dry and partly cloudy weather was recorded in the City here Wednesday while Met officials predicted similar weather conditions for the next 24 hours. Met officials said continental air was prevailing over most parts of the country while a shallow westerly wave was present in upper parts. They predicted that mainly dry weather was expected in most parts of the country. However rain-wind/thunderstorm may occur at isolated places in Gilgit-Baltistan and Upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. Wednesday’s maximum temperature was recorded at Chhor where mercury reached 41°C. while in Lahore, it was 33.2°C and minimum was 22.6°C.
