While it is written in the constitution of Pakistan that every person who has committed a crime has the right to a fair trial, mobs often take justice into their own hands and authorities are often unable to uphold due process.
This appears to be the case in the death of the doctor from Umerkot who was actually slain by the police after facing serious accusations. How can we kill a person without a hearing?
