KARACHI: Dewan Farooque Motors Limited has started production of electric vehicles (EVs) at its assembly plant. In its note to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company referred to an earlier letter dated July 23, 2024, which was about the physical verification of Eco-Green Motors Limited’s (EGML) manufacturing facilities at their assembly plant.
It continued that after the Engineering Development Board (EDB) approved the verification of EGML’s manufacturing facilities, the company has started producing electric vehicles at their plant under the toll manufacturing agreement with its associated company EGML.
