RAWALPINDI: Arshad Nadeem, Javelin throw record-holder Olympian, called on General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (JCSC), at Joint Staff Headquarters here on Tuesday.
Chairman JCSC lauded Nadeem’s efforts in securing Pakistan’s first-ever gold medal in a single event and setting up a new Olympic record.
General Sahir Shamshad also appreciated the diligence and devotion of Arshad Nadeem in achieving a momentous milestone in Pakistan’s sports history and wished success for the future.
