PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has restrained the government from taking action against the 22 employees of the Pakistan Post.

A two-member bench comprising Justice Syed Arshad Ali and Justice Ejaz Khan Sabi heard the petition of the employees, who were recruited by Pakistan Post 15 months back. The bench issued notices to the respondents in the case. Sultan Mohammad Khan and Babar Khan Yousafzai appeared on behalf of the petitioners.
