First female CTO assumes charge

Rawalpindi:The first female Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) of Rawalpindi, Beenish Fatima has taken over charge of her office.
On her arrival at his office on Friday, CTO Beenish Fatima was presented salute by a smartly turned out contingent. Lady Traffic assistant presented a bouquet to her. She also held meetings with all the officer and visited all branches of the office. She advised traffic wardens and all the staff to show decent behaviour to citizens and particularly take care of elderly citizens and women.
She also instructed in-charge of the education wing to create awareness among commuters about traffic rules and organise seminars in this connection with involvement of educational institutions and private organisations.
