Another British education board allowed to operate in Pakistan
Another British education board called NCC Education UK has been allowed to operate in Pakistan, thus bringing the number of British boards operating in Pakistan to five.
Cambridge, Edexcel (Pearson), Oxford AQA and Learning Resource Network are already working in Pakistan. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Inter Board Coordination Commission (IBCC) and the NCC Education UK in Manchester, UK.
This agreement aims to support Pakistani educational regulatory frameworks and strategic goals, enhance local students’ skills and knowledge through the NCC Education Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies, provide technical assistance and expert consultation to support the initiatives of the Pakistani regulatory authorities, including trainings to delegations from local educational boards operating in Pakistan to increase the quality standards of local boards, and to adopt the best practices in educational methodologies and regulatory frameworks.
