Dr Shahid’s murder case: Accused’s girlfriend being interrogated

LAHORE:Police have included alleged girlfriend of accused Qayyum Siddique in the murder investigation of PTI founding member Dr Shahid Siddique and the father of the accused.

The vehicle used in the incident was taken on rent from Vehari. The shooter, Shehryar, had used fake number plate of the vehicle before killing Dr Shahid Siddique, and then replaced it with the original one while leaving the City after targeting the doctor. Accused Qayyum and Shehryar have been friends for eight years. Shehryar was staying with a friend in Valencia Town.
