MINGORA: Ladislav Steinhubel, the ambassador of the Czech Republic, and Madam Dagmar Steinhublova enjoyed the charm of the Swat Valley during a three-day visit.
The guests were treated to an array of unforgettable experiences For three days. They were invited by Sardar Waqar Shahzad Advocate.Their journey began with a warm welcome in Chakdarra, followed by a lunch before setting out for Malam Jabba.
The scenic route to Malam Jabba offered views of winding roads and forested hills, culminating in a visit to one of Swat’s most beautiful hill stations. After a relaxing time with high tea at the resort, the day concluded back at the hotel in Saidu Sharif.
The following day saw an early start for Ushu, with a picturesque drive passing through Madyan, Bahrain, and Kalam before reaching the destination. A lunch at the the riverside, featuring fresh trout from the river, provided a delicious experience.
The day ended with serene moments by the riverbank, capturing precious memories before returning to Saidu Sharif.On the third day, a visit to the Mingora shopping market allowed the guests to explore local handicrafts and dry fruits, adding cultural experiences to their itinerary.This was followed by a tree plantation event at Gujjar House Kanju, where a cake-cutting ceremony celebrated the Pakistan-Czech Republic friendship.
