Catering centre robbery case registered
Police on Friday registered a case against unknown suspects for looting a catering centre in the Gulshan-e-Iqbal area. The case was filed at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal police station based on the complaint of the food centre owner, Adil, according to the police. According to the FIR, two suspects arrived at the food centre on a motorcycle, with one of them wearing a Rangers uniform. The suspects entered the food centre, brandished weapons, and proceeded to rob the establishment.
"The suspects stole a black bag containing 1.8 million rupees from the shop," stated the FIR. Additionally, "they also took my mobile phone," complained the owner. According to Adil's statement in the FIR, "the suspects forced me onto their motorcycle as they fled." He further reported, "They dropped me off in Surjani Town before escaping." The police confirmed that a case has been registered and assured that further investigation is underway.
