Alleged encroachments: IHC seeks reply on sending notice to PTI central secretariat

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has sought reply from CDA on sending notice to PTI central secretariat over alleged encroachments.

Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz of IHC issued notice to CDA and sought reply on Friday.

The petition against issuance of notice by CDA to PTI central secretariat over alleged encroachment and violation of rules came up for hearing in IHC.

The court removed the objections of registrar office on the petition and heard it.

Sardar Latif Khosa, counsel for the petitioner, took the plea in the court that the sitting government is using CDA as a tool against the PTI.
