SJC moved against another IHC judge
Complaint of misconduct has been filed with the SJC against IHC’s Justice Babar Sattar

ISLAMABAD: After Justice Tariq Mahmood Jehangiri, another complaint of misconduct has been filed with the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) against Justice Babar Sattar, judge of the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
Muhammad Ayyub, former director general of Housing Estate, has written to SJC Chairman Justice Qazi Faez Isa and other members of the council -- Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Munib Akhtar, IHC Chief Justice Aamir Farooq and Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Muhammad Hashim Kakar -- against the IHC judge.
