One killed, another injured in Jamrud attack

JAMRUD: Unidentified assailants shot dead one person and injured another in Jamrud subdivision of Khyber district on Saturday.
According to Rescue 1122 Khyber, they received information about two injured individuals lying in the Shah Kas area. The rescue team reached the scene, provided medical aid, and shifted the victims to Jamrud Civil Hospital.
Doctors at the hospital confirmed the death of Bait Ullah, while the other victim, Saif Ullah, a resident of Peshawar, was in critical condition till the filing of this report.
Jamrud police have registered a case against the unknown perpetrators and started further investigations.
