Those joining the government services give an undertaking that they will discharge their duties with utmost honesty but many of them tend to shirk work in one way or the other. The result is the piling up of cases, delay in timely disposal of official business etc.
Such tendencies leave a bad impression in the eyes of the bosses and tarnish their reputation and that of their office. The remedy to this malady is very simple: the government must stop the monthly salaries of such employees.
