It is quite astonishing that even amidst this scorching summer, the SNGPL disconnects gas supply to most of the residential societies of big cities including Islamabad at 10pm. The gas only returns in the morning like during the winter season. On the other hand, CNG stations across Punjab and other provinces are fully functional.
I believe most of these stations likely belong to politicians and other members of the elite class. Would the relevant authorities look into this disparity and ensure gas supply to only domestic and industrial consumers without any interruption?
