KHAR: A man was killed and two others sustained injuries when a vehicle was targeted with a remote-controlled bomb in Bandagai area in Wara Mamond tehsil in Bajaur tribal district on Tuesday.
The police said that the subversive act occurred in Bandagai area in the limits of Umaray Police Station where a vehicle was attacked with a remote-controlled explosion.
As a result, a man identified as Ittibar Khan was killed on the spot while two others namely Noor Muhammad and Attaur Rahman, residents of Dabbari in Wara Mamond, sustained injuries.The dead and injured were taken to the hospital.
No militant group or individual has claimed responsibility for the terror action.The police have registered a case and started an investigation.
