Rescue 1122 conducts mock-exercise to meet flood emergency

JHANG: The Punjab Emergency Service Rescue 1122 on Wednesday organised a mock-excise at the Trimmu Barrage to meet any flood emergency.Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Umair observed the public service activity as the chief guest organised by the Rescue -1122.
The officials of school education, health, civil defence, agriculture, revenue, veterinary and other departments participated in the mock-exercise and set up their emergency camps. The rescue personnel demonstrated shifting of flood-affected people to safe places and provide first-aid to the injured people and shifted them to hospitals in emergency/disaster situation.
