I am really disappointed by the rude behaviour and statements of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur towards the new KP Governor Faisal Kundi. I thought that holding the position of CM would encourage him to mature but, sadly, that has not been the case. He seems totally confrontational and unaware of his constitutional role and the system of federal and provincial checks and balances and he is deliberately creating a political crisis.
I hope CM Gandapur will somehow realise that he is no longer a political representative of one party but the holder of a serious official position requiring him to evince tact and courtesy. He must apologise and patch up relations with the governor.
